In Photoshop, How Can I Enlarge Just One Layer Of My Image?

If you click the desired layer, press ctrl+T and you can resize that layer only.

FIRST OF SELECT THE LAYER IN THE LAYER BOX WHICH YOU WANT TO ENLARGE AND THEN CLICK (CTRL+T) NOW YOU CAN ENLARGE IT BY DRAGING ITS EDGES
