When you log into your amazon account, go to the "Your account" page (link on top right). In the "Orders" box, under the "More Order Actions" list is a link titiled "Return Items or Gift." Clicking this will let you know if you order is returnable and what the process to do so is.

You don't say if you bought it directly from Amazon or from an Amazon affiliate - in either case, you need to contact the seller and find out what their return policy is. Without knowing who sold it to you, we can't tell you what their policy is.

go to YOUR ORDERS then find the item you want to return click RETURN ITEMS the check the box by the item you want to return give the reason then it should take you to a page that you need to print out and explains the rest
