Samsung Grand Primne Sm-g530az: Security Error:

This phone has been flashed with unauthorized software and is locked... My problem is that my widows 10 dell inspiron desktop will not recognize this phone. When I plug the usb, it is not recognized, and I have exhausted all efforts, including a factory reset, as well updating my bios, still will not recognize my phone. Strange thing is, I have a Samsung Galaxy s4 that my pc does recognize. Any ideas on how I can get my pc to recognize my grand prime, via usb? Any help would be greatly appreciated...Darryl
