Engine oil at a maximum of 10,000 kms but preferably half that if doing city kms, oil is 0w-40w but can safely go to a 15w-50w in a mild climate--specifications are in the owners handbook. I change my manual transmission oil every 30,000 kms which is below recommended kms. Toyota specify a 75w-85w GL4 oil in the manual transmission, Nulon or Castrol come to mind but there are others.
