Hi there,

I could not find a resource to cancel your policy online. My suggestion would be to call customer service to cancel. Their customer service number is:

800-443-3100 How to reach a live person: Speak "Representative" when recording begins Good luck!

Cancelling a direct debit does not cancel your insurance policy. If you do this you will still owe your insurer the premiums. You must contact your insurer to cancel the policy. Some policies are automatically renewed each year
