Can It Give My Money Back Cause They Charge It It Unreasonable

two days ago,when i was going to get on my flight to boston from LAX,they told me i have to charge 60 dorllas,i asked why,they told me ,you charge frist or you will be late for your flight,it will spend more to change ticket,i told them i have 50 mins left,they told me they wil close the to service luggage,so i charged,and then ,what them reason,if you have ticket to you back my country my luggage will be free,if i have no ,they would charge money for it,i told them yes i have on my laptop,but they told me that it late. i thougt you just check it on the line with delta ,you will found it ,they told me ,no ,they cant,i can not believe that,it is internatinal time,they can do it use one mins,the worst is the got loss my luggage,and that make me i got lost my contact lens,and it bring me a lot of trouble.I think i have right to get back my losing.
