On your browser click on tools usually at the top right, occasionally at the top left, then Internet Options, and type in or copy and paste the URL of the page with the password screen on it into the home page section. Make sure to delete/cut whatever URL is already there. Once you have the URL, which is the website address you want, pasted or typed into the home page box, just click apply if there is an apply button, then save, if no apply button then just push save. And close and the page you want should load directly when you push the home button or pull your browser up.
