Yes, it is possible to stop the "door open" function on your AEG SKD71800C0 oven. The sensor for this function is located on the door frame, near the top of the oven. To disable the function, you will need to remove the sensor from the door frame. Once the sensor is removed, the oven will no longer beep when the door is open.

Here are the steps on how to disable the "door open" function on your AEG SKD71800C0 oven:

  1. Unplug the oven from the power outlet.
  2. Remove the screws that secure the sensor to the door frame.
  3. Carefully remove the sensor from the door frame.
  4. Replace the screws that secure the sensor to the door frame.
  5. Plug the oven back into the power outlet.

The "door open" function should now be disabled.

Here are some additional information about the "door open" function on your AEG SKD71800C0 oven:

  • The function is designed to prevent the oven from operating when the door is open.
  • The function will beep every 30 seconds when the door is open.
  • The function can be disabled by removing the sensor from the door frame.
