Phone Service Disconnected For No Reason See Below

I have my conf my payment was made and I even called due to I am handicap and was given the above conf # and advised that my service would not be disconnected NOW WHY I WANT MY SERVICE RESTORED IMMEDIATELY. FAYE SHAMBLIN
