Notice From At&t About Eliminating Worldnet Internet Service.

It appears that any action required is for dial-up subscribers only.  I'm on DSL, and use '[email protected]' as email account.  Does this notice affect me or not?  Can't find out from AT&T.  Neither "Dial Internet" nor "worldnet" support sites seem to know the answer.  Help Please. Ross Harper

ATT is discontinuing Worldnet including Personal Web Pages and offering a separate Web-hosting service.

I don't think you have to do anything. My instructions for this change are to change my "old" dialup email acct id from @worldnet.att.net  to  @att.net  because worldnet services will no longer be available, but will integrate with att services. I believe, that if you have only an @att.net email id, that you are good. When I got AT&T dsl, I kept my worldnet.att.net email id, and this is what will change to att.net  Hope this helps. Please read the notice again and see if this isn't the case.
