I Have Trojan Horse Patched_c.lyt.
I have highlighted remove selected infections and nothing seems to happen. So then highlighted remove all unhealed infections. Nothing happened. I have highlighted each file and then clicked on each of the above and nothing happens. What to do.

It seems AVG is not removing it because the file is critical to the system. The post above also has instructions how to remove the file manually if you want to. It may seem daunting at first, but the instructions are pretty simple if you go through them step by step.
