Booking Reference Missing.
Please I can't find my booking reference anywhere I am on holiday and need to ammend my return date online but I can't find my booking reference and don't know what flight I am meant to be on please can you help me as soon as possible. Thank you

Joy, if you don't have your booking reference, you can provide other details if you need to change your reservation, such as your ticket number which should be on your invoice/itinerary. If you can't locate the ticket number, call Air France and give them your name and flight details, such as date of travel, your origination & destination & approximate time of departure. They should be able to retrieve your reservation with those details. If you're calling from the U.S., here is the toll free number: 1-800-237-2747. If you're calling from a different country, you will need to search Air France's website for telephone numbers applicable for a specific country. There are too many to list.
