Code f9 e2 means one of two things.

1. Your drain pump has went bad and needs replacing or.

2. Your control board has lost the signal with from the drain pump and it needs replacing.

Unfortunately for me I ran into option number two with mine went and bought a brand new pump still had the same issue then got told that the control board could have a circuit that burned out and you would get the same reading because it can't read the pump so it thinks the pump is bad..

Fortunately the pump you can get fairly cheap from Amazon it is roughly $20 give or take.

The Whirlpool (yes Amana as well as many other brands are made by Whirlpool) part # is "WPW10730972" just search that on Amazon and by your water pump from there don't be a fool like I was and buy it from a local appliance repair shop I paid $170 for mine before I knew i could buy them off of Amazon for less than $30 and plus with Amazon if the part does not work for you you can just return it most appliance stores will not take back an opened part.
