Can't Download Current Favorites List To .html File.

When I try to download my current Favorites list as a .html file from http://my.aol.com/ all I get is an error message that this service is temporarily not available, try later. Well, I have been trying for 8 months. Note, the drop down Favorites list in AOL 9.1 SE is current. It is like they don't want me to have my own list so I can import it into IE8 from Charter Cable internet service.
