Why Can't I Get Boarding Passes On-line?

Unable to get boarding pass on line.  As guest, my name and ticket number did not match.  Using membership, I repeated my club gold card number, and I was continually asked to repeat the number.  I called a rep at 800-525-0400 who said he would call right back half an hour ago.  I do not want to stand in line for 2 security inspections then again at a counter for boarding pass.  If you cannot give boarding passes on line, say so.  Roger Aune, 9888673910820, CGYRNM.   OZ506338661.  My flight is tomorrow, Flt 271 out of Seattle, Seat #32B.  This has been the most misserable experience of my life.
