Screen Compatibilty With M5a78l-mlx Asus Motherboard.

Hi. Im using M5A78L-MLX asus motherboard with VH197T monitor. On starting the PC the monitor says : this device is not compatible with your CPU. And many a times my windows have crashed because of this. what should I do?

Are you able to use the monitor on a laptop without any issues? Here is a link below where you can update to the latest bios to see if that will help remedy your problem. Just make sure you select which operating system you are currently running. http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM3Plus/M5A78LM_LX/#download You can also look and the cpu support list tab to see if your CPU is compatible.
