Avon offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may call 1-800-265-AVON for an exchange or refund of the full price if you choose to return it. All refundable products must be returned within 2 months from the delivery date and be accompanied with a receipt. If 2 months have already gone by, I recommend contacting them anyway. They may be able to make an exception.
If you ordered the product through an Avon Representative, you may also return or exchange the item through your representative.
