you can find details : here

you can schedule a same-day payoff or a future dated payoff from a Bank of America account or an account at another financial institution. The same-day payoff and 10-day payoff amounts are displayed on the Account Summary tab in Online Banking.

if your in need of hardcopy vs the online info .. id recommend visiting your local branch. They can provide you with a letterhead including your personal payoff details.
