What Is The Cultural Change Within Your Barnes & Noble?
I am a student at Colorado Technical University taking a Management Fundamental course. I have selected Barnes & Noble as my company to write an essay about. We are working on the cultural changes and whether it is efficient in increasing or decreasing profit. I hope you are able to send information on these subjects.

I believe the retail stores are having a decrease in profit right now due to the increase of technology and ebooks being so cheaply available to consumers but I also believe the this has increased barnes and noble's internet profits. More people now are buying nooks and books from their website. So in the end, The increase is culture has affected it both positively and negatively.
