Frustration. Your System Is Not Easy For Me.

I wanted to change my credit card to pay my monthly bill automatically. But I failed several times to do what your online instruction asks me to do to change credit card. I am very much frustrated with your online system. Please tell me how I can change my credit card without wasting my time online.
