Big Fish Games Customer Support can be reached through one of the following options:

Telephone: 206-213-5753, Mon - Fri 9am to 5:30pm PST
Online Form: Contact Us

Please keep in mind the option they prefer is through the online form which is submitted to their Customer Support directly from Big Fish Games website. The response timeframe is 24-48 hours.

However, as you would prefer to speak to a rep you can choose to call them instead (you can bypass a bit of the automated messages by pressing zero once the recording begins). The wait time varies according to the number of callers waiting at that time.
