How Do I Make This Game Work Or Get My Money Back Because It Doesn't Work?

I have updated all the adobe flash player and Shockwave plus updated the video drivers , video card and graphic cards thru dell and intel, I have a Dell Dimension 4600. I have followed the instructions and still the game FREEZES at the waterfall and the stones. Why doesn't the game play, what am I doing wrong or what more do I need to do. And why can't I send this request thru the help section? At the bottom of this is only a tab to Check for Answers which does nothing. doesn't even show any answers  There is no submit button. If this can't be fixed how do I get my money back?
