Unable To Use The Help Menu Due To Java Script Errors. How Do We Talk?
My 2nd query abut my games not starting after a hardwrae change. I need a security key but cannot use the help menu due to java script errors every time I try to submit. How do I talk to Big Fish support & get my key? Cannot support e-mail me as the java errors are preventing me from submitting my help request?

I'm so sorry that you haven't been able to submit that help form! It sounds like it may help to use another browser to submit the request. Customer service can absolutely send you an email, but they have to be contacted first. Help Owl does not trigger a customer support inquiry, as Help Owl is not connected to Big Fish Games.
