Cannot Unlock Game But The Account Was Charged

If you have not done so already, you should check your email for the confirmation from Big Fish Games (BFG) informing you of successfully purchasing this game, along with the download link for the complete game, which is different than the trial version.

If, after you download the game through the email, or if you have done so already, but the game is still locked please see the next step below.

Next, you can try to uninstall/reinstall the game to see if you are able to unlock it this way (I know this seems repetitive, sorry) Complete instructions can be viewed here

NOTE: It is a good idea to reboot your system after uninstalling the game, then install after your system turns back on.

When contacting a rep please have the following information available:

• Your Name and User Name
• Date of Purchase - Order receipt (located in the confirmation email)
• The last 4 digits of the card used to purchase the game - Please do not provide the entire card number as only the last 4 are needed
• Exactly what you read when you try to unlock the game (ie: any error number or message you see)
• What troubleshooting you have already done prior to contacting them. (from above)
