Faulty Goods

Hi my son bought me this dash cam for Christmas=20And its never worked properly from day oneBut I just never got round to do anything about itWas going to take it back to the shop then I found a note in the boxPLEASE DO NOT RETURN THIS PRODUCT TO THE STOREWhich is wrong it should go back to the shop you buy it from I thinkWhats wrong with it ?Well as am driving and got it on recording it could last 2 minutes or it =could last 4hours it just turns it self to the second page=20Also it keeps making this noise and comes up at the top left very small =prints wifi something or other to small for me to see it.Can you help with this ?Many thanks=20S ,Agius=
