Background Noise On Idect Solo Plus

I have an Idect eclipse twin with an additional Idect solo plus single. The solo plus single has very bad background noise during calls. The other two are fine. The solo plus is upstairs, the eclipse and single dowstairs. The single plus connected to the Eclipse with no problems. The noise does not reduce when the single is downstairs. What is causing the noise please.
