My Nokia C5 Wont Make Noise For Receiving A Text Message

I have a nokia c5 and I can still receive texts but it no longer makes the noise or vibrates when they come in. I have the profile set up as general and it should do this. When calls come in there is no problem. Any help??

once restore ur mobile to factory settings. By gong into settings -> restor factory settings
