My Galaxy Prevail Boost Phone Wont Allow Me To Make Or Receive Calls.

i called the company today to ask about my problem and they gave me a code to fix the problem. now i cant make or receive calls on my phone. i get a message saying i am not authorized to use the phone. my bill is paid and i have service. what is wrong with my phone?
