Why Can I Not Receive Text Messages On My Boost Hydro Phone

Greetings. You can try clearing data cache from the Messages application. If that fails, it will probably be a tower glitch which will require that you contact you wireless service provider or carrier's Customer Care.

Clearing cache

1. Settings

2. Applications

3. Manange apps (then tap the All tab)

4. Select Messages

5. Tap Clear data
