You'll need to enter your phone's serial number, often called an ESN, MEID or IMEI/MEID.

It can be either 11, 14 or 18 characters long and can be either all numbers or a combination of letters and numbers.
It can be found on the phone's packaging, on the back of the phone, or behind the battery
