Need To Track A Missing Order Placed Jan 22,2011

I need to track an order that was placed thru Borders.com on Jan 22, 2011. It was sent as a gift but to this date the receipient has not seen any signs of it.  I do not have an order number. I have contacted customer service multiple times but to no avail.
