Making A Booking

I am trying to make a booking with you. I have just given all my credit card details etc but it just seems to be hanging. Over 10 minutes now and it is still only one third of the way complete (according to the green counter on the page). I don't want to be charged twice if I cancel and start again, so what should I do please? Thanks, Christopher bunker

Sometimes the lines to the credit card company are having satellite or connection problems. This creates a situation such as the one you experienced.  You have the option to hit refresh which can work or can double charge you.  Usually it will simply move the connection to the next step. Going back is not a good option.

You can also wait to see if the connection times out.

Another option is to open a window to your credit card company while you are waiting. That way you can check for the charge. You can even call Customer Service at your card issuing company to explain the situation and ask what they suggest since you are not trying to book the same ticket twice with 2 charges.
