Lost Luggage

My Luggage did not arrive in Rome yesterday 27 June 2012 I checked in at Glasgow on flight no BA2957 to Gatwick then boarded flight no BA2540 to Rome my luggage failed to arrive in Rome on route I left my luggage ticket on the glasgow to gatwick flight but my partner who has a Quantas Tag on one of the bags and it is under James Hardie 22 Cara Crescent Berwick 3806 Melbourne Australia but they were both booked under my name Annette Kerr they are both green holdalls with wheels.
