Pending Transaction
I am a service member in japan and my wife and child have evacuated; we booked a car with you online and show a pending transaction. Once my wife arrived in the states and attempted to pick up the car the agent at the airport would not give her the car due to an equafax report?? please help!! she is attempting to use another rental car agency but we need to stop you from taking our money!
this has been stressful enough and could use some help. why could we make the reservation if a credit score was an issue?
Please help to give the money back

If you used a visa or mstercard, file a claim with them directly. They will dispute the charge for you if the rental place filed a transaction on your card.
Side note- I am very glad to see you and your family have made it safely through this disaster. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
