No one will call me back or answer the phone. I have been trying for weeks to talk to someone who could help me.

If you can't contact the work location, I suggest you call 1 (866) 394-2493 Burger King, Customer service for asistance in receiving your W2.

If you did not get your W-2 from a previous employer contact the IRS to get that information. Note that if you want taxes from the latest year, it takes August to October of the following year for the IRS to obtain it. For example if you were looking for the one in 2014; it'd be available in 2015. You can also file a 4852, Substitute for Form W2.
