Transmission Problem
my caddy goes out of gear shortly after taking off why?

Check your transmission fluid, not just the level but look at the fluid itself it should be red in color. If its brown and has a burnt smell you need to take it in for repair. If its slipping during acceleration its more than likely low on fluid
