No Break Lights On Escalade

All brake lights on both sides are out on my 2006 escalade. Would it be the fuse

check the fuse first "its the cheapest", the fuse box is located on the driver side of the dash, your going to have to look up the break light fuse location in you owners manual, pull it and see if it blown
