Even Though I Have Installed A New Cartridge My Error Light Keeps Flashing.

the LCD screen displays 'set paper again' 'set toner again' I have removed cartridge several times and checked that all is right, but I am at a loss as to what is wrong. serial No KVY10198. The error light is on R/H/side below the start switch.
