Advised Of Exceeded Browsing Charges When I Was Not Using My Phone
I was Abroad from 11.00am 2/9/12 returning at 11.00am 6/9/12.My phone was off during this time.On the 6th I found an sms from Cellcom stating I had exceeded my browsing package above 250NIS and they would disconnect in next hour dated 05.29 3/9/12. I phoned on Thursday 6th there was no English speaking staff they would call back in 10 mins but no call.I phoned yesterday was transfered to department dealing with this was promised a call back within 10mins no call back.
