Exchanges

Is there a way to pay an extra fee and be able to exchange the tickets in case you need to change the dates of your plans?  If yes, how do ou do it?

Yes, you can usually do this.  You will have to call the customer service line at Cheap Tickets.  They usually charge a $150 fee for changing, plus any difference in the fare.
