Add Points
My name is Pappy Jose and i had a balance in my account, but now it's vanished because I re-installed the app. Now I have 937 points plus the previous 1300 points. How can i add these points together and redeem my balance? Awaiting a reply and thank you.

If you used the same email address/account, you should still have your old points. If you used a different email address when you reinstalled the app, then you'll need to merge the two accounts -- see the related question in the Chick-Fil-A FAQ.
