Reset Heated Seats

My drivers heated seat has stopped working.  I was told there is a code I can enter using the seat controls to reset the seat.  I would like to get that code.

I WORK IN PARTS AT A CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP, I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A CODE TO RESET THE SEATS...YOU MORE THAN LIKELY HAVE A BAD HEATER ELEMENT IN THE SEAT ITSELF OR A BAD SWITCH
