How To Make Emergency Brake Release Manually?

When I pulled the lever to release an emergency parking brake, the cable is broken and the brake is stuck. I need to release the brake manually? How can i do this?

You may give this a try but it's never easy, unless you're a contortionist! If this doesn't work then it will need to be replaced.

If it won't release because the release cable is broken, then get a flashlight and long screwdriver. lay down on the drivers floor and look at the park brake assembly. follow where the end of the cable (whats left of it) goes into the assembly. You'll see that the end of the cable is attached to a lever. You need to pry that lever away from the firewall (towards the rear of the vehicle). It may be a little tight, and watch out for the swinging pedal!
