We Took Our Car In Because Where You Shift The Gears It Look As If It Melted And

I took my car in because it look like it was melted ,it was still under warranty we took it to west herr ford on southwestern blvd. and that was in October or November no one call us back, now they are not gonna fix it my car cost and I want Chrysler to honor that parry that was damage now please or I will let the public to do so
