What Do You Do When Lights Are Cut Off, But Bill Isn't In Your Name?

I live in a family home with siblings. Our parents are deceased. The light bill was in my name but my older sister got them changed to her name some how. On June 5, 2012 or near this date, the lights when off, I thought it was a shortage. I called Com Ed but was informed the bill needed to be paid for lights to be turned. I wasn't allowed to get any information because my sister put a code on the account that she alone has access to. This particular sister has me and a brother in court right now fighting to require the deed to the house to be put in her name alone. She refuses to give us the code. I need to know what to do because we need the electricity not only for the necessities of life but I babysit my two toddler grandchildren. Please assist me in this situation.
