How Do I Stop A Double Payment?
comed system said error try again later when submitting my payment. When I did it again later as directed the payment went through twice. I just want the second payment back.

Go here for the available bill pay options. Call CS@ 1-800-334-7661 to inquire about payment arrangements. If you payed by credit card contact them & dispute the second payment. If payed by check contact your bank.
