When you call ComEd, they will send a crew out to your home to assess the situation and make the necessary repairs. In the meantime, it is important to stay away from the loose power line and to keep children and pets away from it as well.
If the power line is sparking or arcing, it is especially important to call ComEd immediately and to evacuate your home. Do not attempt to touch or move the power line yourself.
