Bloody Sheets On A Bed That Was 'freshly Made' (not A Tiny Spot!!!!!!)

We would like corperate office to be aware of the New Buffalo, michigan Comfort Inn where we found that one of our beds had very bloody bottom and top sheet, and mattress pad. Night shift person quickly changed sheets. Iwas shocked that we were not offered some sort of compensation ( like a rate reduction on a future stay). We have stayed many times at Comfort Inns and will continue doing sohowever had we not had numerous positive experiences we would never look for another Comfort iNN. PLEASE KNOW THAT THIS WAS AN EXTREMLY NASTY EXPERIENC!!!!

We are not Comfort Inn, but we do try to answer inquiries the best we are able to.

having stated that, I agree with you . The experience you had with Comfort Inn was unacceptable. Some kind of compensation, if not atleast one night free, should have been offered to try and keep a customer's business after such a bad experience.

I recommend you do contact Comfort Inn's Corporate Office to inform them of what happened. You will likely find they are willling to do what is neccessary to retain your business. Here is Corporate's contact information:
