If I Blew It One Day Now What?

I really blew it today and feel discouraged. I want to make it up tomorrow but I know that probably is not a good choice. so I think I should just go back to the healthy diet of Jenny Craig and continue a new day. Is that the right way to think?

Yep, just start a new day. It's okay, sometimes you have bad days on a diet. It is not safe or healthy to try and "make up for it" by eating less. It is most effective to start a diet with a cleanse. Make sure the cleanse is safe and healthy, not like the liquids only diets and such.
