New Mower, Two Error Codes E108 And E116 Showing

New mower, 100% charged last night. Once key is in the display lights up but error codes E108 and E-116 show in the window. Now what?

Located, disconnected and re-seated accessible electric connecting plugs to the left and under the driver's seat and under frame immediately above the cutting deck. Error codes continue to display when key is inserted and mower stil will not start.

Locate the reverse caution switch on the left-hand side of the tractor's gear shifter. Its black plug will be plugged into a white oblong plastic wiring harness.
